Our guests are invited to stop by on the way to Palo Duro Canyon to grab some supplies and trail snacks for their upcoming hikes and bike rides – then again on the way home to relax with a refreshing drink from local breweries/vineyards and a hot meal from nearby food trucks, all while spending time with family and new friends.

The store stocks a wide variety of camping gear, including tents, sleeping bags, backpacks, stoves, and more. They also have a selection of hiking and biking gear, as well as fishing and hunting supplies. In addition to outdoor gear, Sad Monkey Mercantile also sells a variety of homewares, gifts, and souvenirs.

If you’re looking for a bite to eat, Sad Monkey Mercantile has a full-service coffee shop and a food trailer that serves up delicious American comfort food. The bar offers a rotating selection of 8 local beers from local breweries as well as various wines, coffee, tea and juice. Our food truck is open Thursday – Sunday. Serving delicious foods for the entire family.
